Q. my purchase has not arrived yet?
A. sometimes there can be delays in shipping due to a various number of reasons (public holiday, weekend, covid etc.) once you have placed your order and it has been confirmed you would have received a tracking number.  If you have any further issues please do not hesitate to contact us. helen@letmeshop.com.au. 
Q. do you ship overseas?
A. at this moment we only ship within Australia online, If you are from elsewhere, please send us a message or email.
Q. are the colors exact from screen to products?
A. colors can vary from screen to product, as well as from screen to screen. 
Q. can I cancel a pre order purchase I have made?
A. while we are unable to refund for any PRE-ORDER products. We can provide you with a credit. However, some items we will be unable to cancel or credit.
however, if an item you have ordered is already on the way to us, we are unable to credit or cancel the order. 
Q. what if i have multiple orders and they arrive at the same time?
A. if you do have multiple orders with us, we will ship these in one box. if you have paid postage, we will refund the difference. 

Q. What if an imported item is purchased and then becomes available locally?                                                                                                                      A. If an imported item becomes available locally, we are unable to cancel, refund or credit difference. (conditions apply)
